on his radio show today a guy called in talked about how much a guy like Frank Kaminsky improved from freshman to senior year and asked how Matta felt about his seniors.
I figured he'd give some guppy answer but he actually took it head on. He said that the great players always enjoy everything in the process (school, workouts, practice etc) and guys like Deangelo and Evan Turner were guys that just soaked it in. He said You know who the players are who want to be great. He could tell by who stays late after practice or how they show up after summer break, etc. He said at this point though he is just asking for consistency.
