It was the state championship game on Saturday morning.
With my son's own AAU basketball schedule over the weekend this was the one game we had time to see. I had killer seats right behind the Marion bench. This was an incredible game if you didn't get the chance to watch. If you can find it, make sure to catch the replays.
The stud player for Cornerstone is going to Furman. Real good all around player who created offense but lacked the elite height and athletic abilities to be a major recruit. Marion had a 6' 5" junior who had a ton of rebounds and was an all around solid player. Apparently he's the QB for their football team that won the state championship in THAT sport as well!!!
He's probably getting panties tossed to him while he walks to Trig class.
