Due to a mistake I have a little debt with the IRS. I paid a firm to resolve and set up payments a year ago. I have made the payments, yet I got a notice of termination from them today, and they are terminating then planning to try to levy due to "payment has not been received ". I paid them, and I have the confirmation emails with confirmation numbers. However I cannot get through to them on the phone and I feel cheated and helpless. Looks like I'll have to pay the firm again. Seems like a load of crap since I didn't miss a payment. Anyone have ideas here or dealt with them before?
