I am sickened and embarrassed that the boards were down for more than one minute, let alone how long we were down. I don't even know what to say. I have relayed my disappointment above me on the chain with this issue and I will give you the answers that I receive. Twice in three years is a serious problem and the new technology upgrades obviously did not fix something here.
