Didn't think so.

Mr. Horowitz did what the system instructed him to do with and he did identify lots of issues for Mr. Durham to investigate using his authority to call for sworn testimony. Horowitz was EXTREMELY limited in that regard, correct??

We will all have to wait several more months to find out just how much damage was done by the faulty FISA Court process.
