After practice the other day I spoke to 2017 Rivals250 DE Luigi Vilain. He talked about his offers from Rutgers, Penn State and Wisconsin. He also really likes Michigan State, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Nebraska and a few others. It certainly sounded like he is favoring the Big Ten.
