Here in a few hours, Alonzo Gaffney (already committed) will begin his official visit with No. 39 Rivals prospect E.J. Liddell of Illinois. Of course, EJ has Ohio State in his final five (and the Buckeyes are the presumptive favorite here).
Both Liddell and Gaffney will be here until Sunday afternoon. No. 2 point guard DJ Carton, also committed (No. 17 overall) will be here later this evening on an unofficial visit and will be here until tomorrow evening. Remember Carton already took his official but is coming back to hang out with Gaffney & Liddell.
The hope is Liddell will finish the class, although they're still looking at some other guys just in case and in the event they may also take another.
I think Ohio State gets Liddell. MY OPINION ONLY: I tend to think he takes one or two more visits after this and then ends the process. Corey Evans has said he thinks he may take all five. Corey might know better but my spidey sense is saying it won't go that long.
