Just to educate the members and I fully expect TOS to show it's true colors and delete this, but here is some education on the premium membership.
I did not realize my credit card was on file under my profile, but I did know my renewal was coming up.
Three weeks ago I sent TOS an email requesting my membership be cancelled. In the email, I asked, if you can not accept my cancellation by email, which is the email on the account profile, please reply and I will call whatever number you want to cancel my membership.
I got no answer.
This week, TOS hit my credit card for a new year of service. I immediately wiped my credit card off the account and called TOS to cancel my membership.
Guess what, not their problem, Refused to refund my annual membership fee.
