Was curious as to whom everyone would like to see supply Ohio State going forward.
Personally, I've always liked the Nike OSU gear and our look since they took over as a supplier in '96. I'm a fan of our partnership with the Swoosh, and hope they keep the Ohio State contract.
That said, I know Under Armor has been making huge inroads with regard to supplying schools and the annual fees they will pay. They seem to be aggressively pushing Nike across all sports, and with Ohio State being one of the big dogs of college athletics, it's reasonable to think UA would love to be the exclusive supplier to the Buckeyes.
Also, you have to wonder where the Ohio State brand is going to be valued by these companies going forward. It has been well disseminated that ttun took less money to switch from Adidas back to Nike.
In any case I was just curious what everyone thought. September 7th can't arrive soon enough!!!
