With this 2018 class coming in, we have 4 players that are all 4 stars in the top 150. I cannot see any of these guys being one and done type players.
You add the 2019 class coming in after the 2018 class has a year under their belt and you have a perfect machine. You have experience mixed with raw talent, and a great coach. I really think Holtmann is a great in game coach and with his recruiting ability, could be deadly.
I am so excited for the direction the program is heading in. There is great talent coming and a very classy head coach running the show. I also believe that Scoonie Penn shouldn’t be over looked. He understands that this school should never be below average in basketball with its resources. He has a Final 4 under his belt and knows that THE Ohio State is expected to win in Football and basketball
I will never understand why some people wanted Matta to stay. I loved Matta and respect everything he did for the program. It was just time to go after his back problems.
