Caleb Downs will be our starting KR and PR

Caleb wants to return kicks and I think that is part of the reason he came here. We obviously need a kick returner and a safety. This kid is going to be a Heisman candidate. He will be an All American safety. Will be our Kick returner and Punt Returner I and think he gets 3-4 touches a game on offense. I bet he scores 3 TDs next year between offense, special teams and defense. I absolutely hate to make this comparison but he is the next Charles Woodson.
