@Birm Am I reading things wrong or has Ohio State changed their recruiting philosophy away from being a ‘developmental program?’ It seemed like we always started with top end players but then would try to find players that could develop into top players 3-4 years down the road. I think Ohio state has given up on this approach. They seem content on putting out offers only to player they think can help within 2-3 years and supplement through the portal. The lack of quality depth last year might have really driven this home. The days of Devon Hamilton and Trey LaRue seem to be over. Looks like classes will be in around 20 players with 5-8 transfers. Does this seem like it is a the shift they are taking?
