First post on here!

I see rather large culture issues within the program:

- I’ve personally know players that played for both Urban/RD … All have said it’s much easier under RD and the WHAC is like a country club now (golf simulator was mentioned and way less intense). I’ve heard it’s the same for coaches.

- Our QB dancing in huddles pre game. Instead of leading and rallying guys (see ttun player on their sideline) our QB rallies guys around him to watch him dance.

- I watched Wypler flip the bird unprovoked on national TV to ttun players warming up. That’s not an exaggeration, he made it a point to run over to their side when we were leaving the field to flip them off. Wild move when they got curb stomped last year.

- Gee Scott head butting a ttun player out of bounds in addition to ALL the other undisciplined penalties we had.

- “The best Fridays in football” social media posts showing our guys goofing around on Fridays. Where is the laser like focus?

- RD no longer blaring “It’s time for war” all ttun week/cancelling SR tackle.

- Ttun planting the flag and taking pics at midfield while players watch and do nothing. Absolutely no passion from this group for this game.

- The kids quitting mid third quarter. I’ve been around enough football to know when a team waves the white flag, we waved it rather earlier on Saturday.

- Let’s not forget we had a kid quit the team mid game last year.

- CJ’s post game comments: “This game doesn’t define us” he quite obviously doesn’t get it. This game is EVERYTHING.

- Trey making excuses on Twitter followed by him removing all of his OSU stuff.

I’m all for discussion but to me it’s rather obvious we have culture issues in this program.
