I think this is deserving of its own thread for those of you who haven't been checking the existing Carton thread regularly.
Carton is expected to make public his announcement sometime this afternoon on Twitter. He's deciding between Indiana, Michigan and Ohio State.
It is expected to be the Buckeyes. (I have personally issued a Nevada "===" on this)
Carton is the Rivals No. 2 point guard in the country. Would be, arguably, the biggest basketball commitment since Conley/Oden given the circumstances (though I'm not forgetting Russell, Sullinger, or even Gaffney, etc.)
