QB- McCord has been through 3 spring practices and now in his third fall camp. In his first he supposedly received a lot of reps when in competition with Stroud. He also started a game. It could be good news that there is no separation at QB but I get the sense Day is disappointed at where they currently are.
RB- Sounded to me like Henderson is a bellcow but he feels comfortable with all 5
TE- Depth seems scary again. How long is Royer out and what happens if Stover gets hurt
OL- I actually feel better after today. Sounds like it’s ahead of schedule and roles are being defined.
DL- OSU actually stopped rotating liberally as the season went on. The DE’s rarely came off the field in the two losses. Sounds like they can rotate a little more with better quality
LB- not really mentioned today. I think they’re comfortable where they are
DB- It sounds like they have the players to be an elite unit but depth could be a concern.
