I've been sitting on this for a few hours trying to get more clarification as I didn't want to sound alarms for no reason.
I now have good reason to believe that Dwan Mathis is wavering.
UGA staff reached out to him last night because of the Fields situation and is trying to make a late push, a push that I think has a chance of being successful.
Mathis has been hoping to enroll early but sources indicated to me this afternoon that there could be a snag there.
More when I can get it, but this is a real situation that Ohio State is dealing with right now.
