The name Richard LeCounte should not be a name unfamiliar to Ohio State recruiting fans (same HS as Raekwon McMillan) and our Mike Farrell puts the class of 2017 star on the spot and asked him to name a top three. Was he able to come up with a list and if so, did the Buckeyes make that cut?
