Rather than be in this situation every 1-2 years after OC's leave, why can't we let Day call plays, recruit big fish, and absorb SOME of the admin responsibilities? Can't Pantoni or another coach that we bring in to coach special teams (or something smaller) handle the admin tasks that are causing Day to have to think that he needs to let go of play-calling? He likes calling plays and he's good at calling plays; isn't there any other option?
