Several freshmen are seeing action on special teams, but the Buckeyes shortened the bench significantly on offense/defense Saturday night against TCU. Part of that is natural as the season progresses, but another part is that OSU was never able to get into a comfortable position against TCU and the tempo also made it tough to get defensive subs on the field.
