Liberals here state that health insurance companies are greedy and this is a major factor in overall health care costs being so high here in the USA. Liberals here defend the PPACA. Doesn't the PPACA help guarantee health insurance companies a profit through built in loss mitigation funding? How is this reconcilable to Liberals?
