I LOVE this!
I agree 100% that IF you have the right kids the more "pressure" or "the bigger the stage" the MORE FUN IT IS!

I've been in the game for 36 years as a player and a coach and I think this is a key to getting to the Big Dance.
I tell our (HS) players "Boys will quit if it gets tough ("Coach football isn't 'fun' anymore"), but MEN know how to work hard to achieve their goals and are willing to sacrifice to accomplish something greater than themselves. Men want to do difficult things"

IMO, there is no such thing as pressure when your mind is right.
