[Case In Point]: {School-A} Could benefit by signing another Special Team Punter or Place-Kicker and doesn't sign them, and therefore their star average per recruited is not negatively effected.
{School-B} Could benefit by signing another Special Team Punter or Place-Kicker and does sign one and therefore their star average per recruits gets lowered or is negatively effected.
How can the school that accomplished signing the position need (in regard to their depth at that position) listed above end up having a worse average per recruit score then the school that doesn't fill that same position need? It makes no sense...
If a PK, LS or a P are rated #1 then why aren't they a 5-star like every other important top rated position player?
