May be getting better overall instead of people saying what the hell some team was last year. Indiana to me look like a team on the rise soon. NW may be that team also. But when it's competition oh the B1G is weak, but the SEC is strong. Bs. The B1G is getting better and hopefully more to come from other teams. Rutger and Maryland though will be weak for a while. Nebraska needs to step it up.
