I had my first total hip replacement 6 years ago. No problems at all. Walking 3 days later with no walker or cane. Had my second one 4-11-18. A lot of pain, swelling and brusing. I was able to get off the walker yesterday 4-20-18. Slowly walked around Costco one time with the wife. Holding the cart helped. Still pretty painful but I'm glad I did it. Today while putting on my shoe I felt it start to dislocate. Stopped immediately and it went back in place. It didn't totally dislocate but was heading that way. I'm just looking for some info from someone who knows more than me about this. I will be calling my doctor Monday.
