Kudos to Republicans who objected, using folks like Kevin McCarthy to make their closing argument.
McCarthy, as you may know, is implicated in a shocking scandal in which Trump/Rudy's Ukrainian contacts were laundering money to Republican candidates.
McCarthy promised to "give back" their money, though he has not done so yet.
