In order to repeat, we need some continuation but also some development. So who is most important or who needs to develop their group the most to get us back the title? 2 new coaches, how do they blend in and how does the team react to them?
With as hot as this program is right now, we will be losing a coach or two almost every year. So I wanted to open up the conversation about the staff.
Warriner - OL and OC, big shoes to fill replacing Herman.
Beck - New guy on the block, continued QB development and OC assist
Smith - Who develops to replace Devin Smith?
Hinton - we are thin here, does he get the most out of Vannett and Baugh
Alford - another new guy, does Zeke continue to develop, Weber/Dunn/Ball
Ash - year 2 of his stamp on the team.
Fickell - LB development and rotations for the future.
Johnson - we are loaded along the line, his choices who plays could be key.
Coombs - maybe the area of the team that that has the greatest question marks (somebody has to be) Who replaces Grant, who is in the Nickel.
