If Iran agrees to it, the deal is going through, with or without US support, and Iran will have the sanctions lifted. Iran can do just fine with only US sanctions and open trade with the rest of the world. The only remaining US option is war, and the rest of the world will be against us on this long and bloody military action. We have much to gain by accepting the agreement and much to lose if we don't.
