Is Jalin worth the risk?

With all the players we have with similar skill sets (Miller, Samuel, Wilson) is Jalin worth the risk? He may be a playmaker, but I hold my breath every time he has the ball or fields a punt. I just wonder if he is that much better than those guys at either fielding punts or on offense.
