players that adds to the PREMISE of O problems? So many weapons* that may give Urban and staff no unity being a problem? NO doubt in my mind that Coach misses Herman. To me it is more important to recruit top coaches than top players and with that a security of having a SET staff on the same page to delegate. YES, coaches move on via success but to me this staff doesn't know their true place.
