Meyer's development of the Power Spread wreaked havoc on Saban's famed 3-4 Defense last season. But IMO the real test comes this season when Bama puts 6-7 (5*) defensive stars (Hand, Evans, Foster, Allen, Brown, Humphrey) on the field together. I think Meyer figured it out his last season at Florida. Which is why he traveled cross country (In his hiatus year) to the top minds regarding the spread. Then got a QB that could run it and a RB that could power it. All he was missing was WR's that weren't a "clown show". Is this the pivotal season, in which Meyer dominates his nemesis and begins to attract a multitude of 5* talent, both offensively and defensively?
