I know we have a lot of new guys coming on to the board (welcome!) so I wanted to take the opportunity to introduce myself here for all of you who may not yet be familiar with me.
I've been here on BuckeyeGrove since April of last year. Started out paying my dues as an intern for some time and a few months ago I was bumped up to Recruiting Analyst, my current position. I'm also going to be involved in covering the team this fall in the press box on game days and things of that nature.
I started out on things the same way a lot of you did, just being a huge fan of college football and recruiting, especially concerning Ohio State and when I had the opportunity to meet Kevin, I hounded him to give me a chance to write for him and get a crack in the industry. It's been a great year and change so far and I couldn't be happier with everything.
I'm 21 years and old and currently enrolled as a student at Ohio State. I'm only a couple semesters away from graduating with a Bachelor of the Arts for Political Science, with minors in International Relations and Diplomacy and Security & Intelligence. I came to Ohio State by way of Pittsburgh. Grew up around 20 minutes outside the city and graduated from Gateway High School in 2012 (same high school as Corey "Pitt" Brown and Dorian Bell). You might notice me dropping yinz and a few other words of the Pittsburghese dialect when I'm not paying strict attention.
