I was skeptical that this was simply to put a political election year "patch" on the perceptions that the Dems just aren't "getting" it .... and I am sure there was an element of that to it ....
However, I found him refreshingly honest and passionate tonight. I thought many of his issues and points were very well communicated and explained. Good points that this is an issue with a radical element of Islam, and not Islam overall. But that we will pursue the problems wherever they exist, and it seemed he was putting a little more pressure on the hosts of the various nests (are you listening House of Saud, and Pakistan?!). I do agree with his points about keeping large forces out of those lands if at all possible, for as long as possible .... as long as we are ruthless and on point towards eradicating the threats.
Hammer the "F" out of the known locations and concentrations, and PRESSURE the governments/regions that are providing quarter and financing.
