Tipping question. I like to be a generous tipper when dining out. I've heard some advise to not include wine/drink totals when calculating tip since they have such a huge markup. Is that really appropriate and common? Just curious. Servers are usually a hard working bunch. If service is good seems like 20% isn't unreasonable.
