    There's certainly a possibility that more than two versions of this incident report exist – beyond what we've obtained. Powell Police Chief Gary Vest would not confirm/deny that when asked by Eleven Warriors.

    We should also point out that the copy of the incident report from 2015 is believed to be the first version of that report, coming days after the incident and with only the officer who responded listed on the report. There is no indication of an arrest for Smith in that report.

    The second version of that incident report, released by Powell in 2018, shows it was cleared by a Powell detective four days after the first version of the report. Again no arrest listed for Zach Smith (whose info is redacted).

True. I talked to him last month & reported on Aug. 1 that there were 2 versions of the report from 2015 & a revised report issued in 2018 from the Powell (Ohio) Police Department
