How can the NCAA let North Carolina (and Louisville) compete in tournament when they are clearly targets of investigation for gross violations of NCAA rules? What if NC wins, do you vacate their title? What about the teams they "beat" who should still be in the tournament? There is no way they should be in the tournament.
