Had Smith not been Earl Bruce's grandson no way in hell he gets the job, and no way in hell Urban handles this situation in the manner that he does. Any other receivers coach would have been out on his ass the first sign of a problem. Urban should have been smarter than that, and it may lead to his downfall.
