2020 Rivals250 WR Joshua Downs was offered by Ohio State last night. He talked to Meyer and Day over the phone.
Downs said this a few minutes ago when we were talking:
"I’m going to either the Indiana game or the Michigan game. When I talked to coach Meyer and coach Day, they said I have great speed and that they see me as a perfect fit in their offense.
"I have been talking to them ever since the dead period ended, but it was a surprise when they told me [about the offer]. I am very interested. I've been watching Ohio State.. Urban Meyer is a hall of fame coach with a great staff so I’m very excited to have an opportunity to play for him."
