This gives blacks another chance to do what they do best; bitch, moan, and complain. It's how they've gotten to where they are today. It's called "shaming whitey into helping us po' black folks". Of course, once they make their millions, they don't lift a finger to help any poor and needy white folks. They don't help the poor in Africa, either.
