Although our playoff hopes aren't over yet...we need to think about coaching changes that need to be made on the offensive side of the ball. Zach Smith is a great recruiter but his coaching worries me big time so we'll start with him. I'm sorry but Ed Warriner and Tim Beck are simply pathetic playcallers. Something needs to happen there. Since the offensive line looked pathetic I would do something with coach Stud, demote Warriner back to offensive line coach, and fire Tim Beck and offer Herman 6 mil a year to be our offensive coordinator again. Seriously though we need a real offensive coordinator. My hope is Urban will realize that big changes are needed.
