Ohio State landed the commitment of Makenna Webster, a transfer from Wisconsin, on Thursday. She'll play on the Buckeyes' field hockey and women's ice hockey teams, the latter of which won the program's first National Championship in March last season. Looks like Webster has some championship gold herself, playing for the Badgers' NCAA title-winning squad in 2021 as a forward.
Webster played on a club field hockey team at Wisconsin, but will play at the varsity level with the Buckeyes.
