Senior Adelaide Aquilla just rewrote the history books in Eugene, Oregon.
Aquilla owns several conference and program records already and participated in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. In 2021, she won two NCAA championships.
Her 19.64-meter throw broke the NCAA and meet records, topping the previous college best by 0.18 meters. Aquilla is one of the most decorated and talented student-athletes at Ohio State. I'd imagine she has more than one trophy case.
