I combined the results of every final AP football and basketball poll (starting with 1948-49, the year of the first basketball poll). I should note the final basketball poll comes out before the tournament, while football is after bowl games. Anyhow, on a 25-24-23-point basis, etc., here is the combined totals of basketball and football all-time, counting schools with at least 10 appearances in both polls.
