Spoke with a source regarding this offer.
The Buckeyes have been in touch with Williams for about two months and it's likely Williams will take a visit to Columbus at some point (possibly for the Penn State game) but the logistics of any visit have not set up yet. Ohio State will likely be stopping by Williams's school this week (probably Friday).
Florida remains the school Williams is most comfortable with. He's been there three times and remains close with the UF coaches. If he were to sign today, it would be with Florida.
