Basketball Ohio State rallies from second half deficit to down PSU, extend win streak to 7

After trailing by three possessions at one point in the second half, OSU used a timely 15-0 run and a team-high 23 points from E.J. Liddell to pull away from Penn State late for a 92-82 win.
