Ohio State wide receiver Garrett Wilson is a finalist for the Earl Campbell Award, given to the top offensive player in the country with a Texas connection.

Wilson (Lake Travis High School) is a finalist along with Western Kentucky QB Bailey Zappe (Victoria East High School), Kansas State RB Deuce Vaughn (Cedar Ridge High School) Baylor RB Abram Smith (Abilene High School) and UTSA RB Sincere McCormick (Judson High School).
