Having some MAJOR issues with AT&T.
2 year internet customers and basically, we called to have service transferred to our new house in Blacklick LAST Monday. They told us we had to wait until today, a week and a day later to get the service switched over. It is what is is, we waited.
Our window today was from 12 to 4..... 3 45 rolls around, still no tech. We call and they tell us he is running late..
6pm rolls around, still not tech. We call back and they tell us that they can't make it out today because the tech is too busy. They want us to wait until NEXT TUESDAY to have our internet hooked up.
We've been customers for 2 years and they're putting us through some crazy stuff. I'm on hold with them now and its literally been 35 minutes. CORRECTION: 46 minutes...
So, besides ATT, who has the best internet service?
