Another bball tourney for my son. I need help with what area of the city is decent or what to stay away from. Usually, these tourney are using numerous facilities for games and we don't know where games will be until a few days before the tourney.
I'm a Marriott account holder so I've got to stick with one of their hotels. I've never spent enough time in the city to know where the iffy parts of town are.
Need good places to eat as well. I'm not a big fan of chains - I like places that are institutions, one-of-a-kind joints you find in every city. Nothing is off limits.
