Brett McMurphy (BM) just tweeted, citing multiple anonymous sources that in October 2015, Zach Smith was observed leaving the bathroom at the WHAC without washing his hands. According to the same sources, BM can confirm that Zach did indeed have a BM but failed to sanitize his hands. The same sources also confirmed that Urban absolutely knew about the incident but failed to act. This could be the needle that broke the camel's back in the eyes of the investigating committee.
