Question: Clarification on which QB will "start"

Obviously this is a battle between JT and Cardale.

In Vegas, the term start refers to the first offensive snap in the first game of the season.

That said, I have seen/read that both JT and Cardale have asked Meyer to allow Miller to take the first snap of the season.

If you were a betting man, which QB would you put money on to "take the first snap" (not be the first string QB?
