@Kirk Barton have you ever seen a talented player that works really hard not be successful?
From my experience playing and being around college athletes as well as professional athletes, if you can marry the two between talent and work ethic, chances are at the very worst you will have a very good player if not a GREAT player.
Some talented guys don't work hard but are still successful because they are just so damn talented, but overall, if all these young talented players OSU is bringing in work hard and not just at practice or in the scheduled training sessions, but outside on their own, OSU will continue to be great and only improve!
Too much emphasis gets put on position coaching, when in reality, you would have been success no matter if Bollman, Ed or Studs was your OL coach because you married the two between talent and work ethic!
Looking at this class had me thinking about the possibility of how great it could be and figured I'd throw this out to you...
